Cranberry Pineapple Jelly

  • 3 Cups cranberry juice
  • 1 pkg. Sure-Jell pectin
  • 1 Cup pineapple juice
  • 5 Cups sugar
  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  • Mix cranberry, pineapple, and lemon juices with pectin in canning kettle.  Bring to full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Pour into 6 hot sterilized jars and seal.
