Poach Salmon file's in large pot. Add Crab Boil to taste. If you put a lot in, it will be very spicy. I put in about a tablespoon or so. Poach the Salmon in the boiling water for about 15 minutes or until done. In the mean time make the sauce. I use McCormick Collection Béarnaise Sauce. Serve the sauce on the salmon. You can't put to much on!!! As I said this is quick and easy. But we just can't get enough of it!!!
