Raspberry & High Bush Cranberry Jelly
- 2 c. raspberry juice
- 2 c. high bush cranberry juice
- 7 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. Certo (2 packets)
Combine juices and sugar. Place over high heat. Bring to a hard, rolling boil. Add Certo; bring to another hard rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. skim off foam. Ladle into hot jars. Seal.
